Bahrain's International Company "Dime Global" won the "Bahrain TechAwards" for its project Dime Connect. The announcement was made during a ceremony held on the sidelines of Bahrain Pavilion at GITEX Dubai, organized by Bahraini Technology Companies Society (BTECH) and WorkSmart, in partnership with Tamkeen.
Mr. AbdulAziz Qambar, Group CEO of Dime Global, stated: "We are delighted to be a part of the national efforts made to achieve a paradigm shift in the performance of the traditional economy to the digital economy. Bahrain has taken the lead transforming and expanding it into a digital economy that exceeds the global average."
Speaking of the award, Mr. Qambar explained that Dime Connect is an innovative product. It changes the nature of the traditional Telecom operator by creating a business that integrates unified Telecommunication services with a range of new digital services. Mr. Qambar added that Dime Global is offering international data communication packages that are available in more than 60 countries countries around the world at low prices.
During its participation in the Bahrain Pavilion at GITEX, Dime Global showcased a number of ICT and Cybersecurity solutions. They demonstrated their applications to improve the performance of both governments and companies, by providing their services through secure and fast systems.
The company also showcased a number of projects it is working on in the field of digital innovation in various sectors such as Telecommunication, Finance, Online Transactions, Health care and others.
